underwhelming stay

slow service delayed food

the beds were reasonably comfortable, i will admit.

I was really let down by the poolside service. It was slow. it took ages to get simple food, and it arrived at different times, so we couldn't eat together. The drinks service was also painfully slow.

terrible stench added charges

The room was basic and water leaked from the toilet drainage. This created a terrible stench. the food served at breakfast was also cold, sadly not up to standards i expect. asking for a late checkout until 4 pm resulted in added charges for staying past 3 pm.. i was disappointed.
